 Finn McMillan

(Rev. Fa Gong Shakya, OHY)

Finn McMillan is ordained as a priest in the Southern Chinese Linji lineage of Chan (Zen) Buddhism. He is a Dharma Teacher and member of the Board of Directors of the Zen Buddhist Order of Hsu Yun (hsuyun.org) with which the  Awakening Way Zen Centre is affiliated.

Finn has also studied qigong with Qigong Master Simon Blow, and the Daoist priests of Purple Cloud Temple in Mt.Wudang, China.

Finn works in mediation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and is a professionally-qualified counsellor, working primarily with ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and is also a clinical hypnotherapist. As a counsellor and psychotherapist, Finn has established and runs the Mindful Way Counselling Centre.
